Hello, my name is Morgan VanDenBerghe. 
My whole life has been a beautiful mess and about the subtle details of life. I'm a Utah based artist and live a quiet life with my husband and our daughter. 

My art has been a passion I've known since youth and continue to pursue now. Growing up with a proud Dutch family, my favorite artists remain Dutch artists, Rien Poortvliet, Johannes Vermeer, Rembrandt van Rijn, and Vincent van Gogh. Needless to say, the colors, the feelings, and the way they convey their feelings and the technique inspire the way I want to paint. The art I create is about the relationship the viewer has with the piece, as well as the quiet backstory of a landscape or brick home. Each piece is a little part of me and will forever embue the way I see the world: with moody clouds, subtle texture, and soft light. 

I have a Bachelor's Degree in Fine Art with an emphasis in drawing and painting from the University of Utah.
